is the best way to order? It is best to work personally with our Customer Service Representatives at 602-334-1665 so we can discuss your project at hand, come up with a few concepts including the art concepts. If you are a repeat client then you can fax at 602-374-2907. How long will it take to complete my order? Screenprinting orders take 10-14 days to complete, from the development of artwork to the final product. What are your payment terms? Our normal terms are 60% down and the balance on pick-up or delivery. On approval we can offer 7-30 days net after carefully reviewing your business. On large scale corporations, government agencies, and school districts we will accept purchase order numbers (PO's) with 15 days net. Due to our accounting procedures, we do offer payment by credit card(s). What are set-up fees? Screenprinting set-up fees cover the initial cost of making a silk screen for each color of your design. We charge $35.00 per ink color manual screens. Can you create my logo and at what cost? We create a high quality original and authentic corporate identity logos and layouts. Our design/art charges are $65.00 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum. All art charges and logos are a one time charge and the logo is the clients to use for future printing on letterhead, business cards, envelopes, brochures, etc. What Type of art is accepted? Computer Art: Vector art is recommended. This is art created in Illustrator, Corel Draw or Freehand. The fonts must be converted to outline or curves. Please include a .jpeg as a proof. Freehand files must be converted to an .eps file. Placed images must be included with the file. Bitmap files such as .tiff, .bmp or .psd are good for painted or photographic images. For best results the image must be created at 300dpi at the final print size. Images taken from the internet such as .jpeg or .giff are not recommended because they are usually too small. You can mail us your art by e-mail to info@abetscreenprinting.com Can I bring in my own shirts? We work with a large variety of garment suppliers who sell items specifically designed for the decorated apparel industry. Because of seams, pockets, zippers, and material; many garments purchased over the counter are not print or embroidery friendly. When Abet Screen Printing provides both the shirts and the decoration we stand behind our work and cannot do so if you provide the garments to us. |
